Hotel distribution control for independent GCC hotels

Connected does not always mean correct.

Your PMS, channel manager, booking engine and OTA accounts may all be connected while a room remains unsellable, a rate plan drifts, a restriction blocks demand or a corrected issue returns.

InnMetric finds the defect, documents the evidence, implements only approved changes and verifies the live result.

Works with your existing systems. Founder delivered. Every change is logged.

The ownership gap

Several systems can work as designed while the hotel still sells the wrong offer.

Distribution defects rarely sit inside one screen. They emerge from the combined behavior of room types, rate plans, occupancy rules, restrictions, inventory, promotions, taxes and channel mappings. Each vendor sees part of the chain. The hotel is left to prove what happened then coordinate the correction.

A room exists but cannot be bought

Inventory appears open in one system while a stop sell, length-of-stay rule or incomplete mapping removes it from a channel.

The public offer drifts

Refundable and non-refundable rates lose their intended relationship. Occupancy pricing breaks. Promotions stack in a way nobody intended.

A fix does not stay fixed

A change is applied without a complete record. Another update reverses it. The original problem returns without a clear owner.

What InnMetric controls

From visible symptom to verified closure.

InnMetric creates one evidence trail across the booking journey and the authorized hotel systems behind it.

  • A baseline of the current live setup
  • Reproducible evidence with dates, occupancy, currency and channel conditions
  • Root-cause investigation after authorized access
  • A named correction plan with risk and approval status
  • Implementation inside agreed systems
  • Guest-facing verification after each material change
  • A recurrence check on the agreed schedule
Services

Three ways the work is scoped.

Distribution Baseline Audit

Understand what is wrong, what is only suspected and what should be fixed first.

Approved Repair Sprint

Turn approved findings into controlled changes with QA and a rollback record.

Ongoing Distribution Control

Maintain pricing, availability, mapping and channel consistency after the baseline.

The method

Detect. Evidence. Approve. Repair. Verify. Recheck.

Establish the baseline

We map the stack and test the live guest journey under recorded conditions.

Separate facts from hypotheses

We document what appeared publicly. Internal cause remains unknown until access confirms it.

Obtain named approval

The hotel decides which changes may be made. High-risk actions require an explicit rollback path.

Apply the correction

We update the agreed PMS, channel-manager, booking-engine or OTA configuration.

Verify the live result

We retest the guest-facing outcome. A back-office change is not treated as complete until the result is visible where the guest buys.

Recheck what matters

We revisit agreed outcomes on a defined cadence. Recurring work begins only after the baseline is understood.

Best fit

Built for hotels that need senior distribution control without another full-time department.

Strong fit

  • Independent hotels and resorts
  • Aparthotels with hotel-style distribution
  • Small local hotel groups
  • Properties selling through a direct booking engine plus two or more OTAs
  • Teams where the owner, GM or commercial lead can approve access and changes

Usually not a fit

  • Large international chains with centralized distribution teams
  • Individually listed homes that are not hotel-operated
  • Properties seeking only social media, advertising or review responses
  • Teams that cannot authorize access or name an approver
Who does the work

The people in the first call remain accountable for delivery.

Tunahan Aras

Hotel distribution operator with experience across live rate, restriction, mapping, reservation and partner-support cases inside channel-manager environments.

Mert Carikci

Product owner and systems analyst with experience turning complex operational work into controlled states, approval paths, QA evidence and repeatable delivery.

Meet the founders and operating principles

No invented revenue claims. No invisible live changes.

InnMetric will not claim that every public difference is a defect. It will not estimate lost revenue without the required hotel data. It will not make a live change without named approval.

What you receive is a documented operating record that shows what was observed, what was authorized, what changed and what was verified.
